1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a notification email as soon as your order has been handed to our courier partners.
2. Delivery Timelines
Due to high regional demand and to ensure the highest standard of product quality control, our standard delivery time is 8-12 business days to your doorstep.
Please note that during peak seasonal periods or local logistical constraints, delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your premium recovery tool to you as safely as possible.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing a unique tracking number and a live link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
4. Delivery Address & Changes
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address (including any estate names, unit numbers, or corporate building details).
